And once again the world amazes me in such a way that words cannot describe it... But i'll try anyway.

See, i thought i was a RP purist, seeming how i've been sitting few a couple of hundred D&D games in my day, but you, Nooblet, truly takes the prize.

Let's go through a couple of the "flaws" in my RP, as you put it then shall we? I discuss the basics of my research in system chat, yes, so bloody what? Omicron Alpha is an outcast system after all, and any space jock with a scanner can see that there is somethign seriously disturbing going on in my cargo hold.

I sit around in Omicron Alpha all the time? Not true, i venture into the nomad systems to collect specimens from time to time, and when i'm not doing that i sit around in orbit around Malta to act as a limited defense when no one is around, and to "research" stuff while in orbit, cause you know, my research isn't exactly legal. Would you rather have me go around Sirius talking with a faked pirate accent and say "1 mil or u diez, lulz"?

And Eppy is right about the RH pirate cruiser. I bought it because it's inferior, just like a science cruiser should be. It's a scrapheap, made by the lowest bidder, a first generation hessian cruiser that was gutted of all parts and had a make-shift lab built into it. So. What? I'm not a powergamer, i like to play the "odd" classes, both in a game like Freelancer, and in a game like D&D. I'm still stunned that there are no true R&D factions in the game, but who am i to judge others, that's your job, nooblet.

Thanks for defending me Epyon, but i don't think this guy is going to listen. It is quite clear that he has is own opinion of what is "true" RP and what is not.

Everyone thinks they are something. RP purist? I'm sure I have a screenshot of //system messages by you as well as seeing you let a level 51 civilian ID player dock on Malta without even questioning them. Limited defense? Yes, I would say that sums it up.

Your discussion of research in system chat is nothing to me. Frankly I do not care. What I do care is about Eppy calling it very very secret work and then details of it are all over system for the visiting junker to hear.

If that's your fake pirate accent, well then I could see why you do not. Such OORP language could get you sanctioned.

I have my own definition of what is RP and what is not. So do you. So does Eppy. And so does Akumabito, which is why we're here. I'm not the elitist here, surprised you have not seen that already.

I'm the one who judges others, yes that is true. That's why I judged someone to be an "uninformed wanker" in the 42nd post of this thread.

This whole thing is a hijack anyway, since Akumabito only asked for characters who wanted to join to post in-character. (You know, the stuff that's been parodied by the veteran community members which a certain Angel thinks have earned respect. I'm not saying that they don't deserve respect, but their actions certainly are, well, I suppose it's my turn to run out of word words to describe it.)
