It was the year 815 A.S. and I had just celebrated the 15th birthday when it was my turn to meet the one father had picked out for me. I would meet him, while under supervision of my family, and if I liked him, I would marry him when I became an adult.

It was the son of one of Father's closest friends and business partner. I was curious but also scared. What if I did not like him? I did not want to bring shame to my family but still... I was anxious. Aya seemed happy with the choice father made for her and she would be married soon. So It should not be that bad right?

My future husband lived on Honshu so I will be going into space. something even Aya had never done before. I liked that alot. It was something I could brag about to Aya when I got back. I was going on a Samura transport vessel and Shin was going with me as my guardian. I was dressed up all pretty.
