Official factions must have a public feedback thread and answer to public feedback on the forum

It is compulsory for official factions to have a feedback thread. Above wording implies that they only need to answer to the feedback if they have a thread. Some official factions don't have feedback threads but this is against the rules as they are currently stated.

4. Hired Guns & Bounties

2. All faction IDs are allowed to claim bounties within their zone of influence. Generic IDs are only allowed to claim bounties if clearly specified in the ID description.

This is to stop miner ID and pirate ID from claiming bounties. Certain factions are allowed specific engagement-rights outside their ZoI, and may not claim bounties. So it does prevent certain situations from arising.

4.1 All contracts and bounties must be within role play. The reputations of employer and employee must be neutral or friendly to each other, and they must both be neutral or hostile to the target. The same goes when sharing information that has role-play consequences such as bounties for the target.

You must be hostile to your target.

4.3 Bounties and contracts valid for longer than two hours and one fight must be posted in the appropriate sub-forum.

You can't bounty someone on the spot in-game. You can only hire players to shoot someone for the sole purpose of assisting in an on-going fight. Although in-game, it is often phrased as such, e.g. "Shoot that Rogue and I will give you 4 million". Sometimes an escort contract can last for longer than 2 hours or multiple fights, and forum work isn't required for these.

4.5 Forum-Bounties on factions and groups instead of named individuals may only be issued or sponsored publically by official factions, who may only sponsor one unofficial faction bounty.

Outcast slavery is actually far better for the victim than the corporate slavery and crime-less imprisonment of the Houses down in places like Liberty Rheinland and Bretonia
