The day started as a routine patrol in California, and a first troublemaker was encountered as soon as i have travelled from Los Angeles to Riverside station. The pest somehow got his hands on a vessel he barely had any idea how to use; in a pointless struggle he tried to run for his life, however, i took about him having no chance to be spared.
As the patrol continued - a presence of a certain person was noted coming out of Cortez anomaly. I found the sole fact of his existance offending, and immediately proceeded to resolve this issue. The issue, however, brought me to a conclusion it was either drunk on high on drugs - his cargo included both common and liquid Cardamine. Outcast pointlessly wasted all of his ammo and eventually returned to Cortez, chasing him there was considered insufficient.
