Ending the Capship Issue(and more)

Its a Role Play server.
I still consider myself as a nebie here.
I needed lots of time till i understood what im alowed/not alowed to do acording to my rep.I dont say evrything is now clear,but atleast im asking questions,getting answers and im trying to follow the rules.
Seeng ppl flying huge trains taged as Police and having trader ID is just stupid.
Seeng ppl rang 75 and above with civiliand ID is.........
Seeng ppl with Hackers ID in a corsair ship,who are also claming they are alowed to SHOOT without warning evrything(regardles rang) whats red on their hud its just....
