Hearing Alex talk about those early days of the Canaan Project made Sanako curious about the parts of the Arcadia that didn't consist of movable modules. No categories or names have been assigned to them, so there was really no certain way to tell if they served a purpose. They probably still contained some mementos from the time Canaan came to be.
Sadly now the drink recipies are rarely used anymore. Most of the crew members have their go-to beverages now and even I try new things less and less. It's cool that you found some use for them.
