Nice work Del! I'd like to point out that Rheinland is reciprocating Liberty's embargo on non-human traffic.

Also, somewhere is buried the Chugoku and Tau-63 regulations. The Hideyoshi's Guard (Blood Dragons) will KoS anyone entering either system (4-5mil tax or full cargo drop for trader/smuggler ID) if you aren't specifically protected, or a Blood Dragon or Golden Chrysanthemum. Stop using it like a shortcut people...
