What I did back in the days was:
Get Silver Ore from Omega-7 (PoB or Miner) and sell it in Lyonnais on the Montbrison Storage Facility, then head to Picardy for Aluminium ore (PoB or Miner) and sell it on the Southampton Shipyard in New London after that head to Dublin and get Gold Ore (PoB or Miner) and bring it to Planet New Berlin. Then you just repeat this route, quite a long time and big chances to meet pirates, people and clashes between Groups etc.

A ALG restart is perfect for that - You will fly around 1 hour and 30-40 minutes.
