The Unioners are only pewing in Bering and Texas, that is a very clever move from them, actually, they don't need a Rheinland to play. About BDM, over 2 days of their activity comes from trading ships, therefore, ships that are either not involved in much RP or PvP or are not in Rheinland at all.

Do you understand Unioners go to New Berlin alot, I killed them on a DHC- gunboat the other day, around nine of them to be honest. They also just had a SRP approved which shows they are doing RP, but alot of factions RP with the UN| ingame.

As for BDM| I see them alot ingame and DHC/Kruger are always doing mining/trading operations because that is the faction they are.

I do not know what you are looking for in Rheinland but you either have police/military factions which do alot of PVP, and your unlawful factions which again are PVP based, then you got your trading and mining factions. What are you actually looking for in Rheinland because it looks pretty active to me.
