Ending the Capship Issue(and more)

Give me a break, the OORP cap whorege in disco is getting worst by the day.
You undock from crete, or Manhatan, to witness a marvel, 6 BSs having a tea party...

yea I don't even go to New York anymore because of that everytime I do it seems like 3 cap ships always come out of nowhere spouting out nonsense when they shouldn't even be in that system..

Another problem I have is if you come within 15k of them and try to RP..Me being in a VHF and them in a destoyer or cruiser..its a pretty damn slim chance I am gonna be able to beat them unless I can stall them til help arrives. However instead of being gracious and RPing with me a bit before the battle they storm me and start shooting while I am writing to them half the time they didn't even acknowledge anything they just start shooting.. to me that is OORP even KoS should atleast say engaging or targeting..rather than running up and shooting you when your typing or ave you back turned.

I use a BH gunship on my BH character but I will RP and usually(unless its a bomber) let them take the first shot if they are in any type of fighter... and a gunship isn't all that strong compared to a VHF you can take the shields down pretty quickly.
