Ending the Capship Issue(and more)

OMG this is a game people. Rule's make thing's fun for some, unfun for other's
RP is in the eye of the beholder.
Faction's are sometime's a way for a power whore to get what he want's. IE a player who has been in disco for less then a week can join...... Lets say LSF(no ofence intended) and suddenly he can run around saying he is the law, and yelling at a player who has been here a year with a BS, who may not have seen the no cap's in LIBERTY rule recently put out to leave or die. Then suddenly the BS is killed by many other ship's, and fun for the vet is gone while the noob run's around yelling pawned.
This game is "freelancer". Problem is if you are a "freelancer" you have no right's of were you can go,what you can do,what ship you fly, and so on and so on. Someone WILL show up saying you are ooRP/not allowed here/not allowed to have that ship/weapon's/cargo/name.............need i go on?

I have been here well over a year, and have seen faction's come and go.some good RP some not.
Personally i would love to get about 15 player's together, and make a faction called "CAP WHORES". Then have the whole faction go from system to system with all the you cannot do/fly/carry/say that rules, and wipe them all out. OH look all the LSF/SA have died, no law in NY for next 4 hour's/ OR look we killed all of the corsair faction ship's in Gamma, we are now the new leader's here. no corsair's for 4 hour's,and so on and so on.

Now that would cause flame's, but if they "RP'd" the faction, and got "faction status" what would you all do?
I know exactly what you would do. You would all yell those rule's are unfair/unfun/ooRP, and so on and so on.




ARRGGGG all this Faction's can do what ever, to who ever if they RP it properly is getting so annoying, and only the power monger's like it. And have even said if you do not like it, leave/join the faction/join the opposing faction for revenge/make your own faction..........

Does anyone get what i am saying here in my "FLAME" "RANT" "ARGUMENT" or whatever else i am sure it will be called. Anyone?
