Ending the Capship Issue(and more)

Show me in the rules where my indie outcast, for instance, is under control of the outcast factions.

He isn't.

Just because I fly XID doesn't make me a member of faction X, and no matter how much faction X leader hates that I am not under his control, I'm not under his control.

And that's how the rules are. Now that's also why we have these big headed faction leaders trying to boss everyone around, but that's just the way some people are, no respect for anyone else.
I fly a HF and a LF all the time, the so called problem isn't a problem at all, it's a very occasional event blown way out of proportion by clan leaders who are resentful of the indies, and that have no respect for anyone but themselves.

The biggest problem on the server are the clans who only want to fight when they have you outnumbered.

that's what this is, a grudge being carried out on your part.

so you will say akuma, that when someone from outcast elders give you order, you will not follow it? and what make you then ? when they declare you as hostile? so in ROLEPLAY are all outcast hostile to you, because outcast goverment stated you as hostile... you will dock in outcast base? or in ally base? then it is oorp...
you say you was in navy. what happend when someone say to captain that he will not follow order? captain say him ok??? we both know that no.

player factions are here for roleplay. and maybe you dont like my opinions, but show me where is faction droping roleplay. they try to increase it....

i have independend corsair dreadnought too.so i am indie too, but when i am with it near crete. and someone from faction members give me order i follow it. why? because they are leaders, not me. they are goverment. and its not so hard roleplay battleship captain. only thing that you can do is sitting down. because oyu can not pirate, you can not make nothign and battleship is too big for traveling trough sirius ....
but you know how i feel when i undock in one of my 7 corsair ships from crete and i see : lol wanna PvP?. coem to raid new york, or only someone from corsairs shooting to me withotu word because he is testing something ? or how it is great when you see corsair bs with synt-foods tag? or civilian id because he is not enough friendly ? that is roleplay? corsairs allow someone from synth-food to buy their ship? and that are only examples from corsairs... i can continue with bh in liberty battlecruiser in front in new berlin screaming to my pirate train (junker tag+smuggler id) that i am dead when i stay in new berlin. and i was full of machine parts... and when come RM pilot who ask him why is he here, that liberty ships are not welcome in rheindland you know what he make? dock on planet new berlin. that is roleplay ???? when police man say you you are not welcome in citiy you park in his garage ? and i can continue and type something with 450 pages with these examples...

but bad is that only what you see is that someone from official factions will restrict using capital ships. but you dont see why they need to be restricted... try to take look from other side on that.... and when someone want from indies ROLEPLAY on ROLEPLAY server, will he restrict them ????
