Commissioner of the LPI,

I am Special Agent Chandler, contacting you on behalf of the Office of National Security. For several days now I have run across a Junker ship named "L.T.C_morejunk"^[1] which is often seen smuggling Slaves^[2] through Liberty. Where they are being brought or where they are being picked up is unknown to us but the captain of this ship keeps claiming that it has been stolen when addressed about the slaves. We don't believe that, as it would mean the ship has been stolen, retrieved, then stolen again several times. Due to their incompetent nature, lack of respect for Liberty's agents, lack of knowledge of the laws or the intentional ignoring of them, the numerous attempts to flee and easily debunked lies, we suggest the LPI revokes this individual's docking rights.

If you cannot execute this action and require more evidence the ONS will specifically look for this ship to catch it at every misstep it is going to take.
