Now while I have spoken to these two about the situation, your saying to "read the rules" especially applies back to you. Now you see, I do remember during a more recent confrontation involving your own cloaked vessel in which you had giving your engagement line, and then decloak, and immediately engage. However, it barely allowed time to even open the chatbox for a reply, before my shield was 50% gone. If you want to point out others mistakes, perhaps you should keep in mind your own in allowing, "Players must be given reasonable time to react to hostilities." Reasonable time to react is not /1/2, decloak and shoot before the attacked player can reply. Our players' behavior will be corrected, however you should look at your own aswell.
