YES.. The "Whatever" Includes that... If Both Sides turn up against Outcasts.. So Be It... As I already said.. Discovery Freelancer should be unpredictable...

If it affects you so much that you wish to request "Participation Restrictions".. DO IT... Stop whining and get it done... Apply for the damn Participation Restrictions...
