As requested by the Oyabun Council, I was tasked with making contact with the Gallic Brigands as a means of establishing a fruitous and durable business deal. While the leader of the Brigands, Rousseau-dono, wasn't present - his right hand was, Zero-dono. The talks have been long, and at a certain point they seemed to look like a thin glass pane near to be shattered. Luckily for us, if didn't shatter.

As a result of the talks with the Brigands, the deal - albeit temporary - is as following:

The Hogosha Association will be importing black market arms and munitions to the Brigands, while the latter will be exporting their own product - Nox - in Kusari.

Do not fret yet, Associates and Oyabuns. The destinations haven't been still decided. I was told by Zero-dono that I will be contacted once the Brigands are ready to deliver. In that time, we will state the destinations.

TO THE OYABUN COUNCIL EYES ONLY

I know that we have clear stances about drugs - yet, i had to come to a sort of...compromise, hai, with the Brigands, as they rely on Nox exports to fuel their movement. Should the trial period of shipments be found unfruitful for both sides, it is possible that it will be ended. In such a possibility, I'd advise to rekindle our channels to the Unione Corse.
