Reason: The Kijima Kazoku held himself well during the first Daimyo court and although his personal influence within the Shogunate is currently minimal his first impression was a positive one.

Kijima local garrison in Chugoku, turned to fight the Yubokumin instead of siding with them, the Shogunate has viewed this as a sign of loyalty
