Reason:
+10 The Augus clan has had so much but bad luck, they are now associated with it in a comical/endearing manner from the Shogunate as with such internal strife they are currently not viewed as a threat.
-15 Threat or not and unstable leadership is likely to lead to a waste of resources and time, the uncertainty around the Augus, now Asai clan has created a sense of distrust between the clan and the Shogunate.
