Smuggling in freighters

I don't think we should care what faction hauls what. One, its restrictive for no purpose, and two, it takes a lot of work to pull off. We can add a simple game mechanich, rather than a rule, to enforce the freighters only thing.

The rochester and other unlaful points...yes. But I'd make sure that landing with cardi on dockingring-manhattan with ~600 (what's the biggest freighter?) earned more than landing on Rochester with 5000 cardie...which will take an interesting bit of math, to prevent the rochester/manhattan run from being..rediculous, if it can even be done. So we may have to 1: make rochester also two bases, or 2: not have rochester buy cardie.

Also...guys...Pip and I had very much the same idea. Congrats to Pip, great minds, etc.

A game mechanic implementation of mb52's idea:

Bases which buy the 'smuggle' commodities be set to only allow docking of the small ships, in the same manner as the rogue dessies.

In that manner, we could rebalance the prices of the smuggle commodities to be worth a great, great deal (like, 10x what they are now) so that that 500 cargo ship is just about the same as a 5000 cargo ship.

This involves making manhattan, and a couple other bases, into two bases. Linking the mooring fixture to one, and the ring to another, only the ring buying cardamine or blood diamonds or whichever.
