Is there a rule for not hitting any member of an opposing faction, when that said faction starts to open fire? As far as I saw here and there in pvp, there is no "bystander" stance. If you don't want to get hit, then don't go near where your enemy fights your crownies.

Why are you trying to judge anything when you weren't there?

He cloaked. He uncloaked, and shot him.

Now, not everyone has a smartphone, and his area could be entirely down, (eg powercut, signal going off, I've had that happen to me before where I couldn't even use my phone's data plan) or that he had an IRL incident and got hospitalized or something.


I don't know why he's missing, but it's still a fact that he's missing. He hasn't come online.
