This mission can be claimed anywhere in Sirius by trusted freelancers that provide their reputation standing towards Liberty lawful organizations in this transmission before accepting the contract. Bounty hunters, and members of the Liberty Security Force do not need to register, only to provide their credentials if claiming. This mission can also be claimed by Libertonian groups if the target is apprehended within the borders of Liberty.
