This report contains information relating to the mission brief above

Whilst in the Colorado/Kepler/Shikoku area I was contacted by vessels claiming to be Outcast on their way back to Malta via Cassini.
Picked them up visually approaching the Colorado/Kepler Jump gate verifying they were transponder friendly and they turned out to be two Outcasr Battle Transports carrying a cargo of slaves.

As I escorted them through Kepler the following was gleaned from their pilots, transcript appended.

• Callsign: D.I.E. - Dangerous Immortal Empire
  
• Allegiance: Outcast , we work for the people of Maltese Nation
  
• Fleet Size: Two Battletransports
  
• Intentions: to "supply us with the best Carda ever"
  

I believe this is the first report of contact between us, vessel details have been entered in the appropriate database and their instructions were to contact us via standard neural net protocols in order for further dialogue.
