We wouldn't normally respond to unID'd transmissions asking for sensitive information but your determination or to have this cross my desk for a third-time, hints that you won't go away until it has been addressed.

I'm not a fan of making assumptions nor being a detective, what organisation or "Covenant" do you represent? I have to ask as there are many who aren't on the best of terms with us and other than your own rank there is nothing within your original communication to suggest as such.

Now, the report I find it incredibly odd that you chose the thruster to identify a ship rather than the origin of the ship itself. The Wyvern is a relatively new addition the Navy forces ship line one of which would suffer a power efficiency deficit. I'm not saying that these don't exist within the Blood Dragon ranks, but they are certainly rare.

This target is more likely to be a KNF pilot who stumbled salvaged a dragon thruster (which I'd be keen to get back) or a very very lucky junker, either way if you can confirm them an infected the Shogunate supports your hunting of them and is likley to assist you in finding them should they enter Kusari Space.
