The Army and the Generalmajor appreciated your allowance of mineral flow, and your need for our arms. The Army will begin sending shipments of both minerals immediately, and as a gesture of cooperation the Army will also proceed to supply the shogunate with Arms and Munitions as well. Given the sensitivity of the cargo in question, the transports will be escorted by SOA operatives; upon their arrival they will wait for your permission to access Shogunate military installations or any other destinations you require. SOA operatives are among the best representatives of the Army in the field, they will follow orders provided they don't fall in conflict with orders from the SOA.
