After receiving a communication from the Blood Dragons requesting a shipment of certain goods, I am pleased to announce that the convoy we sent north can be counted as a success. The Merchant Navy moved our cargo to the RV point in Tau-37 where the dead drop took place with no incident. I have received word from the Blood Dragons confirming the arrival of the convoy and the subsequent transfer of all goods to Planet Tomioka.

I believe that with our help, the upcoming assault on the mentioned planet will result in a Blood Dragon success. Steps have been taken to ensure that our involvement in the internal affairs of Kusari will remain secret. Negotiations will begin soon with the Blood Dragon leadership as to whether it is possible we can establish an outpost on Tomioka at the conclusion of their campaign.
