To who it may concern,

The Congress has entered into a restoration project of sorts with the University of Cambridge. Short term goal is to bring Foster back up to livable levels, make it safe and secure. Long term study the anomaly underneath Foster Station. As of right now no personnel have moved to the station due to Cassini's remoteness. Instead of the university rallying of Navy support(or worse Bounter Hunter's) to aide them in Cassini, why do we not welcome them as guests? Here is my proposed University Exclusion Zone.

University Exclusion Zone: Any ships hauling Scientists, Passenger's, or Construction Materials moving to Foster would be exempt from piracy unless they instigate the situation or are outside the following exception zones.

Area of Exceptions:

10k Around Foster
5k Wide Stretch of space connecting the two jump holes to Foster.



I hope these terms meet your liking,if so then construction will begin. and the movement of personnel as-well.
