3 days ago, on the 22nd of this month, your TLAGSNET reported a Junker ships which was seemingly smuggling Xeno Relics. As the ship was seen transporting Liberty Ale later on, the case was closed for the moment. Yesterday the subject was caught smuggling Xeno Relics^[1] again, this time we managed to remove the contraband. The Junker ship called "RustySky" was sent out of Liberty to the Bering system. Since we are not trying to replace the Police's role, a fine was not levined. The captain was told to stay outside of Liberty until a decision was made. The ONS will leave the decision about the amount of the fine, if any, to you, as well as decision wether further measures are appropriate. Standard procedure, if you require the ONS to deal with this individual, we are ready to do so. We will keep reporting such cases to you.
