To make IDs better, we need to have the most basic rules on server rules thread, like the ability to defend itself and same IFF anywhere and so on.

Agreed. Self defense and defense of allied ships should be allowed for everyone and doesn't need to be in the IDs. Only problem I see is with Rheinland military transports defending Rheinland transports in Liberty for example. Maybe military factions and police should get lines that prohibit that in their IDs.
