I'll admit, I'm a little angry, one of my Operatives brought a certain communication channel to my attention lately, and at first it didn't concern me whatsoever, it just seemed like the Libertonian Navy had deployed defensive placements they couldn't adequately secure and sunk quite the sum of money in doing so.

Then I noticed something that I frown upon, heavily.

I have always perceived both you and your associates as being men and women of virtue, you've even proven this to me through your actions in a few instances and through your willingness to help me during the more turbulent days of my career as a Naval Officer in Liberty. But this is crossing a line, combating the goons and oligarchs of Liberty is one thing, threatening a woman and indirectly threatening her family just because she had the dignity to put Mister Blackfriar's word to the test is completely different.

Grace, that's the word I'm looking for, he communicated with none of it and in fact, looking back and through his tone, this seems border-line juvenile, I'm unsure if this was intentional or not. I will however, not tolerate any threats of violence against the families of law enforcement officers who simply have no involvement or locus standi in these issues. You of all people, who had to change your own name in order to protect your family should understand the point I'm making.

I'd like Mister Blackfriar to apologize for his crudeness and disregard for innocent life, or I will resort to placing a kill order against him for the sake of protecting the innocent from such reckless notions of violence, I'm also certain that the LPI would be willing to put forth a manhunt which would only further limit the clandestine nature of your operations you otherwise enjoy. Up until this point, I have done all I could to ensure that the activities of my Operatives was focused on other threats and away from you and your associates, though I'm sure there have been instances where they have disregarded this protocol and sought to combat you anyway, which I rather obviously cannot make a fuss about, lest I want them to question my loyalty.

But when it comes to threatening non-combatants, I cannot be any more clear about the fact that I despise it. I can arrange for the Grim Reaper to pay Mister Blackfriar and his fellow associates a visit if this condemnable behavior continues.
