Can any ID hire a freelancer ''on the spot'' while outside their ZOI. ==================== ADMIN/MOD ANSWER:SRP ID's are non-generic. Player Factions are slightly more blurred. However, being Official allows factions to post blanket bounties, and as such, Player Factions from the Freelancer ID would be able to hire other Freelancers.
