NEMP on Dabadoru Station

@Omicron himself said Order| wouldn't be attending because he felt the NEMP wasn't legitimate and was done without him knowing (which is not true).

That's not to say no Order| at all tried logging. I saw a couple so mad props to them. I feel though that as a leader Golanski could have done more. The CV- guys pretty much made the bulk of the Order forces here. Other than that though, most of the ships Core came across were either Coalition or Corsair ID'd.

I think next time there's a NEMP like this the trade bonus should be restricted to Order ships. It'd encourage ship creation and logging on their part.
