Akuma, my last point on this issue is that it hasn't affected only the indies, the LR has registered it's destroyers with the Outcasts. It wasn't hard. The OPG has registered it's caps with the TBH and Benitez. The LR will be jumping through all the hoops necessary to buy an OC BS because they aren't hard hoops to jump through. In fact they will make sure I post some RP where I might not have before. Simple enough.
