Project # 191

Overview: The UBOS is the centerpiece of Concordia Biotics, and is to be treated with utmost caution at all times.

The UBOS operates via microstrands, allowing an integrated human mind to execute full control over additions to its body it should not have. Whether or not to classify the resulting entity as still human is for the philosophers, but per Senior Staff Liaison Holt's standing orders, the team considers them human.

Our control group synthetic human, "Miss" Slate, is currently gaining insight into human social behavior in an unstructured environment, with Colossus reviewing the encounters to find any anomalies in behavior. To date, all behavior is within expected parameters.
