Oberkommando HQ Planet Wiesbaden, Jötunheimr (//Omega-54)
09/18/824 AS, 15:47

CONTACT THE YMIR, GET EVERY AVAILABLE WING DOWN HERE NOW! Anna screamed as she grabbed her EVA suit, stepping in it as she walked out of her quarters and into the hangar bay. There's a problem General, the RHB-Ymir is not responding... there are no life signs, someone's cut the vessels life support. Anna's heart began to race furiously, the glow of her iris began to expand into the surrounding capillaries, indirectly making her signify the seriousness of the situation to her guards as she yelled at them. Anna raced onto the catwalk to her fighter, as just before fastening it she spoke out again to her vessel's AI. SHIT, CONTA- BOOM. An explosion went off in the hangar bay, disabling the shield gate and leaving a large opening in the ceiling. The gravitational pull of the planet and it's atmospheric gases mixed within the Oxygen instantly hit each of the personnel. Despite her body literally crumbling on her and her oxygen supply getting too sharp for her lungs to handle, Anna stood up; determined to make it to her fighter as fast as she could.

Anna stumbled and eventually began crawling to the end of the catwalk, however; just as she approached the end the fighters flew back around. Anna could hear the sound of their engines accelerating them faster than sound - it would be a sound that would haunt her for the rest of her time. The ships immediately began firing on the hangar bay, blowing off a portion of Anna's vessel, another round hit a stationary Odin's engine - sending Anna off the catwalk and onto the main floor - where she would be too weak to move away.

AAGH! Anna screamed out in pain, choking and struggling to look up at the scene in the air. This was the end of what was being recognized as one of the most ruthless leaders Sirius had seen? Anna could only think of her son, and all she had lost to gain what she held onto with such a tight hand. Her power, her legacy - everything she had suffered for was about to be taken at the hands of a few petty assassins. Tears rolled down her face as she looked up again at the vessels - now flying away. Anna cried out in pain one last time, gasping for air as she felt the planet's gravity overcome her own weight. After twitching and struggling to move, she managed to roll over on her back - where she looked up at the clouds one last time before she would drift away forever.

Slowly, the glow from her eyes faded as she withered and died.

The Bridge of the RHB-Ymir was quiet as usual, not many comms were relayed through the war vessel due to its secretive nature. Given the return of the Generalmajor from her mysterious meeting north of Rheinland however, Brigadegeneral Faust was held in command of the Vessel to ensure the smooth transition of the vessels to the ground. The Generalmajor will be approaching shortly, signal for her guards to meet her at the exit. Send our authorization code to contact the Outpost. Ja, Brigadegeneral - the signal is away. In light of Xiaolian's absence Faust had quiet some shoes to fill, moving up from his former position as a major holstering the defensive fleets near Vogtland; the Generalmajor saw him fit to assume control of all assets within the system. Along with the responsibility of the Volksrevolution's civilian population came other responsibilities however, the Brigadegeneral of Dresden was almost always overseen by the Generalmajor. Mixed with frequent meetings in person, Faust's responsibilities required that he maintain quite the character in the event things went south.

Only issue was - he wouldn't.

Aaah! The radio operator tossed off the headset and covered his ears, his move caught the attention of everyone on the bridge - each of them gazed towards his monitor. Herr, our comms frequency is being scrambled! There's no external source! Main power offline, secondary power engaged - life support systems nominal. The Brigadegeneral appeared calm in light of the situation. A security breach? Nothing he couldn't fix - perhaps even so smoothly it would go unnoticed to everyone outside the vessel. Ground units to the control room immediately, we have an intrude;, use of deadly force is authorized on any suspicious or non-compliant personnel. as if on que, the AI spoke up immediately upon releasing the button opening the intercom - paralyzing everyone instantly with fear. Life support systems disengaged, room temperature falling - gravity offline. The Brigadegeneral suddenly hesitated, he glared at the radio operator for a second before beginning to reach for an object to grab onto and re-compose himself. He held onto one of the control monitors and pulled himself down, other crewmen aboard the bridge looked at him. One of the crewmen starred into him, the fear in his eyes froze the Brigadegeneral in place. As he went to speak up, he was cut off by the sound of the AI yet again. Danger entering Vacuum... The sound of the AI faded away quickly as the entire vessel was purged of its gravity and oxygen, vacating through the airlocks of the ship like water spewing from a fire hydrant - everyone aboard would be dead within seconds, including Faust.

Faust gazed outside as he choked to death in silence, the Generalmajor flew past the Ymir - unsuspecting of what would lie ahead. As the ship left his field of view, his vision began to fade along with his pulse.

Several minutes later, every crew member had flat-lined with no oxygen and the freezing conditions.
Oxygen and gravity systems restored, exiting vacuum. Life support operational, room temperatures adjusting. BANG The sound of floating lifeless bodies slamming against the ground shook the ship, the entire crew was killed in a matter of seconds as a result of sabotage. With life support systems and power online, the ship continued on its course in-sync with Wiesbaden's Orbit; drawing no suspicion from the approaching Generalmajor. Alert several vessels detected entering the vicinity of Outpost 415, the Generalmajor has been notified; combat vessels ready. The AI's voice was met with silence, and the temporary demise of the Army would follow with it.
