I honestly do not care either way cause i would never mess with building a base, but would like to make my comments on this...

"1 It is a waste of gaming time for the attacker (right clicking for 1 hour at off-hours). "
If it is such a waste of time, DON"T DO IT.

"2 It is a waste of time and effort for the builder (permaloss of the investment of time/money)"
That is the risk they take....

"3 It creates only negativity specially as most builders never even know that they are doing something that will get the BS fleet rolling their way. It's "learning things in the worst possible way", and that is what we do not want for Disco."

If they do not read the forum, how would they even know there is a rule against it anyways?
For that i guess maybe getting on the forum to get a base building ship in the first place via requesting is a better solution, just slapping rules about it on the forum are not going to stop newbies from trying. Not everyone new automatically jumps on the forum to read the rules, i played this game for the first 2 years without ever being on these forums,
