Ending the Capship Issue(and more)

Let me make this clear.
A CAP WHORE is not the people who are posting here on these forums.
I know Laowai RP's. He is not a capwhore.

A cap whore is someone in game who does not rp...anything.
Those are the people that the registration targets. When they indies who are
on the forum register their Capship, then we can track the other ones who are
not on the forums.

And nooblete it is not the same people...it is countless. Seriously. I have
lost count with how many people upon fire on me without RPING.

That's because all his characters are marked with (Laowai).

I have no such inclination to mark my characters as such, it would be too inviting a target considering my public opinion on this subject.

Then Akumabito, Laowai and myself will not register. And if any of our ships get killed for not registering it will be on your head.

You wish to target those who are not on the forums, to register or die?

It must be so hard to copy and paste. *Sigh* I think I have so many screenies of not being killed with an RP statement beforehand. Shrink them down to JPEG's and burn them to a disc.
