Application: Keltrayn How did you find the faction? What caught your interest?
I found this faction listed as one of the official factions in the Nomads section. I am a returning player and had a little experience as a K'Hara Nomad before. The Nomad Vagrants seem more interesting due to the fact that Vagrants are supposedly a small group of returning Nomads from the other galaxy. K'Hara do not see Vagrants as their own which makes it possible to explore RP with other Nomad factions. Since K'Hara and Vagrants do not share the same mindshare network it seems as though we are two different houses which makes it fascinating. Plus the military power K'Hara has is more advanced (looking from RP perspective) and taking the weaker side is always more fun.
Have you read the faction writeups? Do you know what a Nomad is and do you have experience roleplaying them?
I have read Faction Information ; Evolutionary System ; Trials faction writeups. I do understand that Nomad is a creation of Daam K'Vosh and Vagrants are returning Nomads from another galaxy. I had some experience playing as a K'Hara Nomad before, but it was long ago I would start as a newbie in Nomad RP.
How long have you been playing Freelancer? Do you have experience leading factions, etc.? Have you ever been sanctioned and if yes, why?
I have played Freelancer in 2012-2014 now I am returning. No experience leading factions and never been sanctioned.
As a Nomad, you are the antagonist. Are you aware that you are to play this role and that others will treat you as such? Do you have a problem with that?
Yes, I am aware. But that is what makes it interesting. Flying as a LN in Liberty space where most factions are Friendly or Neutral to you and rarely finding a few rogues is not the game I am looking for. Plus I really hate Order so becoming a Nomad seems like a must.
Do you have roleplay experience outside of Discovery? Did you ever play on other Freelancer servers and if yes, which?
Sadly, only Freelancer server I have ever played is Discovery.
We have a clear code of conduct. We expect decent behaviour from our members on the forums as well in the game. Do you believe you will be able to do that? Do you acknowledge that your membership can be terminated if you violate the faction code of conduct or the server rules?
Yes, I agree my membership could be terminated in case I do not follow the rules or misbehave/swear etc.
While not strictly necessary, getting a grip on your roleplaying ability is crucial for our evaluation process. Please provide links to roleplay that you have done on the Discovery Forums as well as a list of character names you use ingame.
I do not really use forums that much. I mainly just read forums and look for information, tips, advices and such. Right now my characters are:
