You have a bloody wierd view of what is a personal attack and what is not.
It's been said time and time again that the factions HAVE the right to tell you not to fly their ship if they so well please.
I already know what you're going to reply to this: "PERSONAL ATTACK! FREE TIBET!" But here's the secret, you do your fair share of personal attacks as well.
