When you buy a car, don't you fill in paperwork? Don't you need a license?

Now... a huge warship... shouldn't the Admirals of the fleet know of your owning said ship?

What more powers factions could have?! The Rheinland Military already take this miles further! Why complain about a single post when you cannot gain access to any Rheinland ships without permission.

The metaphor of the DVLA was brought up already. It's somewhere in the thread. Admiral of the 101st defence fleet does not need to know.

The RM did not make the OC capship restriction policy. I'll dig up something I said earlier in another thread if people start about the RM and KNF setting a precedent for this.

Oh no, most of the House authorities have "do this or die" policies. Will you be complaining that they are pvp whores also?

Frankly I don't go into house space much either. And my capital ship collection is rather limited.
