Why do you think this is just about Liberty? Everything what is happening in Bering can be used for activity by both Liberty and Rheinland because the system is part of ZOI of all lawfuls and majority of unlawfuls from both houses.

Because inRP rheinland lawfuls use it for weakening Liberty. Because ooRP UN more fight with Liberty Lawfuls. Because ooRP RM not log either with ZM either without them.

I would be very glad hear, if it will help Rheinland. But... Bering still more about Liberty thing. Even if UN Rheinland faction, their activity in Bering more about Liberty and Separatists.

It´s not fault of server staff that Rheinland lawfuls do not act in Bering more despite they definitely could (and thus UN fight more with Liberty lawfuls because they are simply more active in the area). They created opportunity, it´s up to players how they will use it.

Also there is no approved plan for "weaking Liberty" inRP, maybe BDM has that agenda because of some ties with Separatists and dislike of Liberty (but that still does not stop them from shooting UN), but technically RM still can go there and shoot UN and RFP can take their part too occasionally.
