The cruiser or the congress is now gone? (I know the congress is all dysfunctional and briked, but....)

Nowhere to sign that up. Nobody, that I'm aware of, is trying to see where rheinland pirate cruisers go. Though I believe it would be the Junker congress who would be interested, if anyone...
