The entire idea behind using the Order ID over any other is that it gives any ships that aren't our SRP ones the ability to do the majority of things that our SRPs can as well, without getting one themselves and grounding them down with one specific ID as well. Any other ID will not do, simply because of both RP and the ID lines themselves, except for FL of course, and we simply can't use that as it would be far too restrictive on any ship in the faction carrying it.
If a Terrorist ID or something of that nature were designed for situations like this, we would most likely switch to that depending on the ID lines, but if it's a Terrorist ID, or again, something like that, we wouldn't really be in a position to argue.
I'd rather be a 'terrorist' than a pilot of 'the order' as a 'rebel order'.
