Ending the Capship Issue(and more)

As an Outcast I can say that a very very high percentage of outcasts regard the Outcast factions as the law in Outcast space and that they have a form of governance over the other Outcasts.
Ok... So, can we see you RP for your ship (whatever it may well be). I would be interested in reading it. I want to know how having an outcast capitol ship affects the QCO...

EDIT: @ n00blet. The reason we require all people to register their capships (aside form the precedent and fairness) is because, as I have said earlier, what armed force wouldn't know how many aeroplanes, tanks or warships it had?

The Maltese Navy is not privately owned. It is organised rather than being a rabble... We are just trying to get organised with knowing what we have and where.

We have? I have. I own my ship. You are not going to order my ship to do work which your own soldiers can do. I hope that the way I have inferred this is different to your intended meaning.

The Outcast Destroyer is constructed at Corsica. The Shipyards in Londonderry should not be producing that vessel, and it should be removed next version. Malta is not capable of launching capital ships (other than Gunboats) into planetary orbit. There is no way something that large could survive the stress of launch and re-entry.

My craft and how it was contructed addresses this problem. When I complete it you are quite welcome to read.

I was just bountyhunting a ship that will remain nameless, and, lo and behold, a outcast destroyer, molly tag, zoner i.d., corsair weapons and not a word in response. I followed him to Omega 49 and observed him farming corsair npc's in GC orbit. I know adding examples from our own experience isn't really enlightening, but considering how fiery this debate has become in the last few days, it does put things into perspective.

I literally couldn't play. Not a word. Not a jot.

Did you screenshot it and sanction the person?

You'll find that most of the discussion here has been reasonable, with the exception of one induvidual trying to derail the whole thing. I have added said induvidual to my ignored list.

The other outstandingly anti registration person here, Nooblet, is upset because he has done everything required, and much more, but recently the registration became something that made all the difference, and the registration is somewhat outside of the RP of the ship. One assumes (and I have not read nooblet's rp, I have not found it) that the ship has a long history of working with the Maltese navy, and registering it now implies that it wasn't registered before, which I find ludicrous, if the ship has been working with the navy. The registration is something that must be oorp in nature, or optionaly RP, or else it threatens to break RP of existing ships. Were I eppy, I would find nooblet's RP, post it, and consider the ship registered, but conduct the whole process oorp.

It was bought while I was still working on the RP for it. In terms of RP it's been around since 812AS-813AS, it still needs a lot of work but I don't have the time right now. The RP is in my sig.

Well if thats the case about n00blets ship then I will see what I can do.
