It has been some time since the Rote Hessen Armee has been in formal contact with representatives of the Lane Hackers. The sudden disappearance of formal communication has been the result of internal struggles, as such the Armee apologizes if any sudden plans had been nullified as a result of this. Efforts to resolve our internal struggle have been met with moderate success in more directly "internal" forms, while external affairs have been somewhat halted as a result of this sudden inconvenience.

To keep things as simple as we intend, the Armee would request the Lane Hackers to take a more active pursuit in both distributing - and aiding in the Blood Diamond distribution throughout the Liberty Underworld. Your capabilities within this area are nearly without competition, and as such the Armee would like to extend it's hand towards something so mutually beneficial. Valhalla, likely better known to you as "Omega-11" is on the verge of collapse, the Red Giant within the system will take everything in the surrounding area with it in a matter of days. All military and mining vessels are finishing their evacuation from the system as a result, with this in mind, the market for what remains of Blood Diamonds will surely become more lucrative.

In return for guaranteed extended profits, the Armee would like to request that any spare slave labor exploited in the Libretonian Underworld be sent to the Army for liberation. Extended profits will be granted for the distribution of Blood Diamonds, we would also request that reports of any spare slave labor transported be specified directly via direct communication or messaging hard evidence. The Armee would greatly appreciate the help of the Lane Hackers, the Armee and the Volksrevolution will await your desicion.
