The culture naming schieme is not a requirement for this faction, nor is it stated anywhere in the writeup and neither it has been at any point in the post's lifetime.
We are at this point not sure why this discussion was brought up in the first place by a person who has stated that they have read the post.

As far as we are aware, the Nonsense Factory which is the name of an existing rogue base the group gets its name from and only due to the term ''being another fine product from the nonsense factory'' and while that term comes from the novels - if the Discovery Mod development team has decided to use this name and the use of names like these have never been a subject of negative feedback for LR, PLR or other rogue factions, we are not going to prevent anyone from using these names.
In short, your concerns about the name are noted but overall have been dismissed as subject of personal taste.

Again, however, the Nonsense Project has no restriction or guidelines on naming conventions.
The name of the group stems from a name from an existing discovery mod asset.
