I'd like to grant Jonathan Kalh and Vex Upsilon leased access to the laboratory space in Ataraxia. I presume the area has been secured as requested. If you should grant them this fair use, please use a two-person policy, with one of yours as escorts to their works. I wish to extend a level of trust in development and information regarding common goals, and this is the best option in my own opinion. If it comes to it, we have complete control to neutralize any threats should they arise. An example would be certain weaponry and experiments that should not be developed.
