These injuries appear consistent with the abuse Mr. Broussard reports to have suffered at the hands of his father. Applicant Fitness (underline the correct): Passed / Requires Training / Failure Notes: He's in good shape in spite of his past injuries. They are long since healed and will have no impact on his ability to serve. Mental examinations also came up clean. He appears to have moved on from his past and suffers no ill effects. Applicant Description Biography: Marcel Broussard was born in 710 AGS on New Paris. His mother died while he was young, leaving him to be raised by his alcoholic father. Because his father worked as an itinerant laborer, Marcel moved from place to place and did not receive a consistent education, nor make any lasting friendships. When his father passed away shortly after Marcel's 16th birthday, Marcel took up his father's job as an itinerant laborer, though he did manage to complete his secondary education. Motivations: I'm mostly looking for good-paying permanent employment and better prospects for the future. I lack the qualifications for better paying, more technical work and the MRG is the best chance I have to make a better life for myself and any future children I might have. Describe the Kingdom's primary enemies: Our Kingdom is in a war for its very survival against betrayers both outside Gallia and, even worse, within our own nation. Whether Sirian or Gallian, they threaten the survival of Gallia and its people, and it's up to all of us to do our part in the defense of our people, our nation, and His Majesty. While on patrol, you encounter a small wing of Council fighters. They spot you, and begin threatening your life unless you disable your craft and surrender to their cause. You are outgunned and the nearest friendly patrol that would bring the tide to your favour is ten minutes away from you. What will you do?: Evade to buy time until reinforcements arrived, then join the counterattack if I am able. During one of your flights, you encounter an escape pod or a malfunctioning ship. The person inside is speaking in Sirian tongue and is asking for immediate help. If you wait any longer, the pilot will perish horribly. What will you do?: Provide assistance and turn them over to my superiors at the earliest available opportunity. Fair treatment of enemy POWs will encourage our enemies to reciprocate and treat our own pilots fairly. Also, killing helpless or surrendering enemies encourages their comrades to fight to the death, making it that much harder (and bloodier) for us to achieve our objectives. What is your S.K.Y.P.E.
