You may access the facility then, however there are still regulations to abide by and daily reports are to be given to the Research Director's desk on a biweekly basis. Work will not commence until observation is present. In and out presence in the facility is to be logged. All in all, follow the Sirian procedure for lab safety practice, I don't want an infectious outbreak happening in the most remote lab in the Independant Worlds where receiving help may be problematic. Do keep in mind of the meteorological anomalies that Wichita posseses, you will only have certain alloted arrival and exit times, due to the facility becoming submerged and the vessel processing from water to the surface can be a bit... busy at times.
