Premise:

Unioners' power has been dwindling in the south and southwest Rheinland for some time. Realizing it's difficult to keep supporting their ships behind enemy lines, they're trying to broker a ceasefire with Hessians. In order to ensure themselves if things go south, they're trying to escort all relevant assets through Dresden to Frankfurt. They sent a snub patrol to scout the area and clear passage for the ships passing through. Hessians, unaware of Unioners' intentions yet, spotted the patrol in the upper part of the system. A group of fighters is sent to engage them. They weren't the only ones however, due to vicinity Altenburg's scanners were able to pick up hostile ships. A Military squadron launched and a joined the battle.

// I'm expecting Hessians to have the superior skill and potentially numbers, so I'd encourage both UN and RM to shoot Hessians first unless the expectations don't match, in which case you should go for the strongest side. 1v1v1s have a big potential to be balanced, but also unbalanced. If 2 weaker sides always shoot the stronger one and keep alternating between who's the strongest, it will stay balanced. If 2 sides just pile on 1 that can't withstand that, they will die quickly and the event for them will be ruined. I'll encourage leaders of respective groups to do the former and keep alternating between the strongest side at the time. For instance if there's 5 Hessians, 4 UN and 3 RM, both UN and RM should shoot Hessians, but say Hessians lose 2 ships then UN and RM should turn against each other with Hessians killing Unioners until they lose 1 ship, and then switching to RM.

Regulations:

1. Standard PvP rules apply.

If you're killed, you're out. No returning to the battle again.

2. No running away from the active battlezone.

Once you leave the fight you're forbidden from rejoining. That includes resupplying.

3. Fighters only.

Self explanatory. I wanted to include bombers but seeing as they'll just die first horribly I'd rather we have a competitive fight instead.

4. No running into the asteroid field or sundiving.

Events are made to be as fair as possible so do not leave the battlezone to hug asteroids or draw the fight into the sun intentionally.

5. Register to participate.

Non registered ships will be asked to leave. Registering helps us keep the fight fair and fun for everyone.

6. No NEMPs.
