Well if the pirate manage to tax you, under fire from the planet/Base?s fire then NP. He/She did a good job.
I have done my bit of taxing in Cambridge in other chars but allways keept red to local lawfulls, to make sure i was RP ok to do my work.
But if Pirate is Neutral to a lawfull planet/Base/fraction then there is a problem. Just as Akumabito said regarding to 6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP).

I am not a native English Speaker, so i make grammar errors.
But it annoys me when people make silly comments about that... especially brits who for the most part can't speak their own language let alone anyone elses!
